Refund Policy

Insurance Know-How does not issue refunds for no-shows: class sizes are kept small for optimum learning opportunities and your reservation for training is considered a commitment to attendance and your career as an Advisor. As always, family and medical emergencies are an exception.

We understand that sometimes things come up: you can exchange your training reservation for a future date or a 80% refund up to 7 days before your reserved training date.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TRAINING SESSIONS REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF ATTENDEES TO BE REGISTERED FOR THE SESSION TO BE HELD. Should a training session be cancelled because of the attendance requirement your registration fee will be applied to the next scheduled session in the location of your choice.
