Term Conversions – Is the obvious, obvious?

Did you know that you don’t have to wait for a renewal date to do a term conversion?

An advisor that I knew to be very smart (but his expertise was in disability insurance) expressed surprise when I mentioned in passing that a term conversion can be done at anytime – not just at a renewal date. That’s why getting in touch with your Term clients 6 to 8 months before their next birthday is so important! They also may not know (or remember) that they don’t have to wait for the renewal date to make a change.
